Accessibility statement

Our goal

We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We think of accessibility as part of how the site is built, not something added at the end.

Where we stand

We believe the site partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA. It is based on our own review, not on an independent audit, and a few known gaps remain (listed below).

What we have done

These are in place across the site:

• A Skip to main content link appears when you press Tab at the top of any page.
• Everything can be used with a keyboard, including the main menu and its dropdown panels, and a clear focus outline shows where you are.
• Text and buttons are checked for enough colour contrast against their backgrounds.
• Form fields have labels, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Images that are only decoration are hidden from screen readers.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the slideshow, logo and testimonial strips, scroll animations and background videos stop moving and smooth scrolling is turned off.
• The pages work at different screen sizes and when you zoom the text.

Known limitations

We are working on these:

• The home page slideshow and the logo and testimonial strips move on their own unless your device asks for reduced motion. There is no on-page pause button yet.
• When motion is reduced, the logo and testimonial strips can be scrolled sideways with a mouse, trackpad or touch, but not yet with the keyboard alone.
• Some images and videos come from clients or third-party services, and their descriptions may be shorter than we would like.
• We have not yet tested with every combination of browser and screen reader.
