Who we are

Pronttera is a technology and digital marketing company based in Pune, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Pronttera. If you have a question about your data, write to info@pronttera.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive:

• Your enquiry type, first and last name, and work email.
• Optionally, your phone number, company, job title and a message about your project.
• Whether you ticked the box to receive our newsletter.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our web server records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.

If you accept optional cookies, we may also measure how the site is used so we can improve it. If you decline, we do not set those cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry and discuss working together.
• Send you our newsletter, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Keep the site secure, fix problems and understand which pages are useful.
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and answer you:

• Brevo, which delivers the enquiry form to our inbox by email.
• Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
• Content providers whose servers deliver images and icons on some pages. Your browser contacts them directly, so they can see your IP address.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep a record of our business conversations, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site works without any cookies. The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept optional ones. We remember your answer in your browser's local storage so we do not ask on every page.

You can change your mind at any time: choose Cookie policy in the footer to open the settings again. You can also clear your browser's site data to reset your choice.
